Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Mine was GREAT, because I have some SNEAKY, SNEAKY friends who threw me a surprise Bachelorette party! They even got our wedding planner and Mr. BFT in on the act.
Last week, our Disney Wedding planner called to say she got me a pass to some kind of Disney event for Saturday evening. She said it was something fun that I could cover for my blog. I thought this was kind of odd since she was so vague but I knew my planner wouldn’t lead me astray so I told her I’d be there. She said to meet her in the lobby of the Disneyland Hotel at 6:30 so she could give me the pass.
Once I knew I was going down to Disney that night, I contacted some of my Disneyland Bride pals who live in the area to see if anyone wanted to meet up before my “event” for an early dinner. One friend agreed to meet me at 4:30 at Trader Sam’s.
I arrived at 4:30 and got a table and texted my friend to announce my arrival. Next thing I know, four of my Disneyland Bride friends are yelling “SURPRISE!”

I was SET UP. The whole “event” was a ruse to get me to the hotel for a surprise Bachelorette party! MY WEDDING PLANNER LIED TO ME. And Mr. BFT was in on it, too! He had to know what was going on just in case I wanted to ditch the “event” due to lousy weather.
And apparently, I threw a wrench into their plans when I was asking around for someone to have dinner with at 4:30! So they rallied and made the start time of my party 4:30 instead of 6:30. Oops, sorry ladies, I didn’t know!
I have never been surprised before like this, and it was so much fun. I will do a full report of the entire evening once I get all my friends’ pictures. For now, all you need to know is, everyone I know is a SNEAKY LIAR!!!!!
