My stay was hosted by The Anaheim Hotel. As always, all opinions are my own. This article contains affiliate links.
Last week I had the pleasure of checking out The Anaheim Hotel, one of Disneyland’s Good Neighbor Hotels! They hosted me for my Star Wars “May the Fourth” adventures and I couldn’t have been more pleased with this charming hotel.
The Anaheim Hotel is located on the corner of Harbor and Disney Way and is a quick 10 minute walk to the main gate of The Disneyland Resort or the Anaheim Convention Center.
The hotel was recently “refreshed” and features a clean, mid-century modern vibe which I really love! The lobby is fresh and spacious and bright. Every employee at the hotel I encountered were incredibly delightful, especially the attendant at the front door who answered my questions about parking and escorted me to the front desk to check in.
One great perk of The Anaheim Hotel is the adjacent restaurant, The Pizza Press. The buildings are actually connected, and you can order pizzas from The Anaheim Hotel’s bar and lounge, The Front Room. The hotel also has a full menu available for room service.
Another perk – A HUGE gift shop attached to the hotel, where you can purchase drinks, snacks, clothes, and even some Disney souvenirs.
The grounds of The Anaheim Hotel are beautiful and serene. The hotel is comprised of several two-story buildings separated by lush green gardens. It reminds me a lot of The Anabella Hotel, which was operated by the same company before it closed in 2017. It’s so quiet, you’d hardly know bustling theme parks were right across the street!
The grounds features a huge Olympic sized pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Music from the 50s and 60s is piped in, which adds to the mid-century vibe. There is no food or drink service at the pool, but you can go inside to the lounge and order drinks and food to-go.
The rooms themselves are the process of being refreshed. My two king bed room had a remodeled bathroom area and nice new laminate flooring. The furniture seemed a bit outdated and the curtain had some holes in it, so I’m going to assume they will be replaced soon. The floor to ceiling window brings in a lot of light with a lovely view of the gardens outside.
The room also features your standard amenities: a desk, TV with lots of channels, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and Hawaiian TropicĀ® toiletries.

The Anaheim Hotel also offers 6,800 square feet of event space and can accommodate weddings or parties. They even have a gorgeous outside ceremony spot with the Guardians of the Galaxy attraction towering in the distance.
I really enjoyed my stay at The Anaheim Hotel and I would definitely choose to stay here again! Thank you to The Anaheim Hotel for hosting me.
