I hope you have a wonderful holiday season and enjoy the company of your friends and loved ones. If you don’t get to see your friends and loved ones this year, then I hope you enjoy the Disney Christmas parade and a peppermint latte (or four or five)! However you celebrate, remember this is the season of love and caring. Show love and compassion in any way you know how. If you know someone who is feeling lonely or sad, reach out to them, and remind them that they are loved. If you are feeling sad or lonely, contact someone and don’t be shy or embarrassed to talk about it. We are all important and someone, many people, love and care about you.
