First thing’s first – Let’s all take a second to wish a very happy birthday to a very special place.
Earlier this month I finally made my way to the new Cars Land at Disney’s California Adventure! I wouldn’t call myself a huge Cars fan but I love the chance to experience anything new at the Disney parks because it doesn’t happen too often! Especially when it’s a whole new land!
I didn’t have too much time to spare, but I was able to ride two attractions: Radiator Springs Racers and Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree. Both were really fun. Sadly I didn’t get to try any of the new restaurants in Cars Land but I did have a drink at the new Carthay Circle lounge on Buena Vista Street. Overall I’m super excited about the new DCA and I’m looking forward to getting to explore these new areas!

At night, Cars Land transforms into a completely different place! The neons are so fantastic – it’s like Vegas!
