Who saw Monsters University this weekend?  *waves arms wildly*  I rarely see a movie on opening weekend but Disney and Pixar movies are the exception.  I have to see them right away!

The MU poster inspired this week’s Poster Palette, with blues, greens, and purples.  After I picked these colors out, I noticed they are also “peacock” colors!  Grey makes for an unexpected but lovely accent color.

Here is an inspiration board I created based on these colors:

Blue, aqua, green, purple, and grey wedding inspiration board

Left side: Purple Tie (Image Source: Heart Love Weddings) // Green and Blue Table Setting (Image Source: Every Last Detail) // Aqua Cupcakes (Image Source: Every Last Detail) // Grey chevron menu (Image Source: Wedding Chicks) // Purple Socks (Image Source: Every Last Detail)
Right side: Grey cake pops (Image Source: Inspired By This) // Green and blue Boutonnieres (Image Source: Inspired By This) // Bouquet (Image Source: Bridal Musings) // Ring Pillow (Image Source: Every Last Detail) // Green and Blue Table Number (Image Source: Every Last Detail)

For this Monsters University style board, I chose a fun wedding dress with features that remind me of Sully’s fur!  The earrings are the perfect Sully colors and the necklace represents Mike.
