I want to talk about something that has become very important to me over the years, and something that has brought me profound and life-changing happiness, and that is the Disneyland weddings community. I realize this may sound a little silly, but if you’re a part of this community, you get it. A wedding is a really important time in a person’s life, and in their family’s life. I truly believe that, no matter what else is going on in your life, everyone deserves to have that one day that’s about them. That one day to feel like a prince or a princess stepped out of a fairy tale. Time and time again, I have witnessed an unselfish outpouring of support, friendship, and even monetary assistance within the Disneyland wedding community. I really love what this community does for each other, from filling seats when guests drop out of weddings at the last minute, to standing up as a bridesmaid, to sending cards and gifts when someone experiences a tragedy. I know there are bigger issues facing the world, but I think showing kindness to each other is one of the most important things our society can do. So I want to thank you, my Disneyland wedding community, for always being so kind to each other, and for making my life, and the world, a brighter place. My wish this holiday season is for everyone to find such kindness in their lives, and for everyone to keep paying it forward.
