Yummmmmmmmy! I love Disneyland’s Mint Juleps but I can’t drink them because (I assume) they are made with corn syrup (even though City Hall says it’s made with sugar, the “Creme de Menthe” syrup is suspect). So I set out to create my own Disneyland’s Mint Julep copycat recipe, including a homemade Creme de Menthe syrup, which turns out is sooooooo easy to make. You just need to plan ahead!
I also made mine a little less sweet than the Disneyland version, and I also don’t really like that it’s carbonated, so I just added a splash of club soda to mine. The beauty of making these drinks at home is, you can completely alter it to your liking!
