Amazon Prime Day is coming. This Monday, July 16 to be exact. What is Amazon Prime Day? It’s a day where Amazon rewards its Prime members with a sale that rivals Black Friday events. Amazon wants Prime Day to be the biggest shopping day of the year. There will be amazing deals all day long. And you know how I feel about great deals …
Starting July 16 at 12:00 Noon Pacific/3PM Eastern, as often as every 5 minutes, Amazon will be unveiling special sales complete with unlimited free two-day shipping, exclusively for new and existing Amazon Prime members.
This year Amazon is REALLY pushing their mobile app, so be sure to download the app early (like, right now) to watch for deals. Type “Sneak Peek” into the search bar to see upcoming Prime Day deals. Drag and drop the item into your Shopping List at the bottom of the app to get reminders for that item on Prime Day.
BUT you can only be a Prime Member to take advantage of the sales.
If you’re not an Amazon prime member, you can sign up right now for a 30 day free trial and take advantage of any amazing deals offered on Prime Day. After the trial period, Amazon Prime costs $119 per year or $12.99 per month, and let me tell you, it’s totally worth it. I can’t remember what life was like before our Amazon Prime membership. Now that we get free shipping, I order anything that comes to mind, and it’s here within two days. But, if you decide Amazon Prime is not your thing, just cancel before your 30 day trial is up and you won’t be charged.
I always try to get my holiday shopping done throughout the year instead of rushing to get it all done in December, so I will be refreshing Amazon and checking out the revolving deals all day on Monday.
