It’s no secret – I live and die by my Crock Pot. I use it a couple times a week. I mostly make chicken, but I have been venturing out into beef territory lately. I’m currently trying to perfect a beef with broccoli slow cooker recipe before I share it here, and I’m getting closer.
My favorite thing about the Crock Pot is the lack of prep involved. At least, I pick and choose the recipes that don’t involve any prep. Because ain’t nobody got time for that. The point of the slow cooker is to just dump a bunch of ingredients inside and STEP AWAY. If I have to brown something on the stovetop, or cook something for 20 minutes in the oven beforehand, then what’s the point? I might as well just actually, you know, COOK something. When it comes to the slow cooker, the easier the better for me. Which is why I created the round up of 3 ingredient Crock Pot meals for Momtastic. I asked my blogger friends for their best recipes and man, these look GOOD. Did you know you could make coffee cake in your Crock Pot? ME NEITHER.
