Tale as old as time, song as old as rhyme …

Beauty and the Beast has always been a popular theme for weddings, and I think the new live-action version will provide even more inspiration for couples who want some Disney magic on their wedding day. Once you get your color palette nailed down, you can decide on all the pretty details. Naturally there’s a lot of red and gold involved, but there are a few surprises based on the new re-imagined story.

How completely and totally amazing is Belle’s celebration dress? She wears it at the end of the movie and the picture here does not do it justice. It’s so, so pretty in the movie. It would make a beautiful wedding gown! I hope Alfred Angelo picks up this design, like they did with the live-action Cinderella gown a couple years back. For this dress I think a bouquet made up mostly of greenery and a few white blooms would work best.

Treat your guests like royalty with these pretty red rose favors/place settings under a tiny glass dome. So elegant! Gold flatware and a gold-edged plate charger completes the look.

What else would you serve at a Beauty and the Beast wedding? They grey stuff, of course! And I hear it’s delicious. Don’t believe me? … Well, you know!

I hope this collection of Beauty and the Beast wedding images inspires you for your big day!

Beauty and the Beast is rated PG and is in theaters Friday March 17, 2017!
