Did you know that today, May 24, is International Tiara Day? According to the website of American Rose Bridal, International Tiara Day was started in 2005 by Seasons of Success, then was adopted by American Rose Bridal shop in Washington State. The movement behind International Tiara Day is that everyone should be free to wear a tiara, a statement I totally stand behind.

So if you have a tiara, even if it’s a cheesy party-store plastic one (and I own several, thank you), dust it off and wear it proudly today, for you are a PRINCESS.
