Hello! Welcome to my Blogging and Income Report for February 2018! I’m having a really busy month and figured I better get this done before we head into APRIL … geez! February is a short month which means numbers are generally down. This year was no different, and it is what it is. I’m still happy with how I did last month and it’s looking like I’m going to have a solid Q1.
Blogging and Income Report – February 2018
Starting with last months goals. I’m still working on those overall goals for the year … (ummmm, maybe in April?). I did revamp my website a bit and I’m happy with it, although it still needs some tweaks.
Much like Alice falling into the rabbit hole, my numbers were down, down, down … but it’s not really a fair comparison when you’re missing three days! As you can see, my daily numbers were pretty much on par with January, except for a couple dips. Nothing really to worry about.
My top referral sources for February were the usual – Google, Pinterest, Direct traffic, Facebook, and Bing.
Other February Happenings
February was another busy and fun month. I went to a couple wedding industry events, was a guest at a baby shower and a wedding, and kept myself busy with some Disney movie press events. Good times!
Here’s what I earned in February 2018. I list the earnings by network, and then state the specific brands/shops in parenthesis. If I didn’t make any money through a specific affiliate channel, I will leave it off the list (all those zeros could get depressing)!
(Keep in mind I’m only sharing the revenue I generate through my websites and social media accounts.)
Affiliates (some of the links below contain my affiliate code)
Amazon – $57.65
ShopSense – $0.45
CJ – $5.58 (Hot Topic, shopDisney)
Share-a-Sale – $77.47 (Wayfair, Redbubble, Jane.com)
Awin – $109.66 (Etsy)
Pepperjam – $1.22 (Shutterfly)
Fuze360 – $542.74
Moolah Courses – $24.80
Total revenue for February 2018 = $1638.47.
– Total revenue the previous month = $1876.55.
– Difference: -$238.08
My revenue dropped a bit from January but that’s to be expected when one’s traffic drops as well.
Things I need to work on:
In March I’m going to work on setting those goals for the year (no, really) and work on getting my e-book finished. I also recently purchased a new email list delivery platform and I want to get started on that – more on that as it develops.
That’s it for now! Thank you for reading. Let me know if you have any questions and I’ll try my best to answer! I also would like to know if the information I’m providing is helpful or what else you would want to see/learn from an income report. Let me know how I can help you! Have a great month, everyone!
